Client's Charter Office of finance and Treasury of the State of Kedah Darul Aman is as follows:

"Indeed, the Office of finance and Treasury

Kedah Darul Aman will endeavour

in an effort to deliver fast, accurate and friendly

to all customers at all times. "

Hereby we promise:

1. Prepare the draft State Budget Books neat, accurate and sufficient amount of copies in 10 days before the date of the State Legislative Assembly.
2. Distribute State Budget Book to all Department of State before the budgeted year.
3. Give a decision on application for transfer of Provisions within 14 working days from the date on which complete in thanks.
4. Issue payment within 14 working days from the date of receipt of complete payment vouchers.
5. State Government employee salaries according to a specified schedule.
6. Preparing the financial statements of the Government a complete and proper not later than 31st. March of each year.
7. Give advance application decisions within 7 working days from the date a complete application is received.
8. Delivers entertainment duty exemption application within 30 working days from the date a complete application is received.
9. Grant applications documenting deals directly selected, negotiations, limited or appointment negotiations within 14 working days from the date a complete application is received.
10. Giving the decision the Board of State Procurement Deals within 7 working days after the meeting of the Board of the State Procurement Deals.
